Once your order is successfully completed:

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email that includes your download links.

  • Your downloads will also be available instantly at checkout.

2. Digital Product Delivery

All Bloop Studios products are delivered digitally. You will receive an email with your download links shortly after purchase. Please make sure the email address you provide at checkout is valid and correctly entered so your files reach you without delay.

3. Download & Access

You can download your digital products directly from the links in your confirmation email or from the final checkout page. It is your responsibility to ensure your device or software (e.g., Figma, Framer, Notion, or other compatible apps) can open and use the files.

4. Technical Support

5. License & Usage

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your personal or business use. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of Bloop Studios products without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Refund & Return Policy

Because digital files are delivered instantly, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or returns once the download link has been provided. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

7. Currency & Taxes

All prices on our website are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Taxes may apply according to South African regulations.
