Refund Policy
Bloop Studios Refund Policy
At Bloop Studios, we keep things fair, transparent, and rooted in mutual respect. Creativity takes commitment — and so do our policies. Below is everything you need to know about eligibility and the process for requesting a template refund.
Eligibility for TEMPLATE Refunds
To qualify for a full refund, you must meet all of the criteria below:
1. Full Participation
You’ll need to fully engage with the template for 90 consecutive days from your purchase date.
This includes completing all necessary templates, exploring additional resources, and actively using the digital tools provided.
2. Proof of Implementation
We require clear evidence that you’ve applied what you learned. This may include:
Completed worksheets
Screenshots or documentation of your progress (e.g., business assets, marketing attempts, outreach efforts)
3. Minimum Return
If you’ve implemented the template in full and have not earned at least 2× your initial investment, you’re welcome to request a refund.
4. Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted between Day 91 and Day 120 after your purchase.
Requests made outside this window won’t be considered.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at courtney@bloopstudios.co.za with the subject line: “Template Refund Request”
Include:
Your full name and order confirmation
A short summary of how you implemented the material
Supporting documentation as noted above
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to deny any refund if evidence of implementation is incomplete, insufficient, or appears to be submitted in bad faith.
By purchasing any Bloop Studios Template, you agree to these terms.
Digital Product Refund Terms
Because digital resources (templates, workbooks, guides, e-books, etc.) are available instantly upon purchase, all sales are final.
We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products.
If you experience access issues or believe something went wrong with your purchase, email courtney@bloopstudios.co.za and we’ll help you sort it out.
